✨Today, a session with me looked like taking the client to a meadow, their using a stick as a microphone, and working through fears around their utterly beautiful voice. They had a transformation, and have integrative exercises for the week.✨Another type of session could look likeyour laying on a yoga mat, my hands under your back, your singing a tone, and our tuning into where in your somatic body, you are blocked from freeing your voice. With practices to release the blocks and integrate.✨Another session could look like working on a presentation and honing in on the places for better articulation, more aligned posture, and adding sparkles to the sound which come via intentional inflection. ✨And another one could look like me playing my drum, and you primal screaming. Or a little of all 4+. I love freeing myself of my own former business structure, as I rewrite the script of my own life. And this is only the voice coaching stuff.
